I’ve been doing the JM 30 day Shred sporadically, thanks to the craziness that surrounds the holidays. I like it a lot though. I have made improvements. I can make it through most of the workout without stopping now. My size 7 jeans are getting looser and I am almost on to the third hole on my belt. I have to admit, DD is the main reason for my slimming down. Carrying her around is a workout in itself!
Hopefully, I’ll be able to start back at the gym soon.
